Connection to Chrome Plated Copper or Stainless Steel Pipe

Hep2O® fittings cannot be connected directly to chrome plated copper or stainless steel, because of the relative surface hardness of these materials. Therefore the following procedures must be followed:

Chrome Plated Copper: Use compression fittings.
Stainless Steel: Use compression fittings.

Note: Do not use Hep2O® fittings directly onto Stainless Steel or Chromium plated pipe.
